Ensuring that your details are kept confidential, we hold your privacy in high regard.
This Privacy Policy outlines Julia Challacombe Homeopathy (“we”, “our” or “the Company”) practices with respect to information collected from users who access our website at https://Jchhomeopathy.co.uk (“Site”) or otherwise share personal information with us (collectively: “Users”).
We will require some basic information when you make first contact. Information you will be used to sharing.

I will send you a patient confidentially form as my commitment to you to keep your personal information and any details which you share with me throughout your consultations secure.
Accompanying this and ahead of your first consultation. I will ask you for information regarding your presenting complaint, medical history, and any medication.
Notes are kept for my reference of prior consultation and any treatment prescribed.
No data will be shared with any other party, without your knowledge, consent, or request to do so. In the event I was legally obliged to, such as in the event of a notifiable disease.
Any notes I hold for you are kept in paper format in a locked cabinet. I will provide you with a copy of any of your notes should you request these from me within 5-7 days.
I am by law obliged to store any notes for 7 years after your last appointment. After which I will destroy and delete any data that I hold for you. For children this is for 7 years after their eighteenth birthday.

Grounds for data collection
Processing of your personal information (i.e. any information which may potentially allow your identification through reasonable means; hereinafter “Personal Information”) is necessary for the performance of our contractual obligations towards you and providing you with our services, to protect our legitimate interests and for compliance with legal and financial regulatory obligations to which we are subject.

We understand the importance of protecting children’s privacy, especially in an online environment. The Site is not designed for or directed at children. Terms of Business
Please read these before you start using my services. As when using my services, you will be bound by my Terms of Business.
My Service to you:
Once I have assessed your individual needs during a consultation, I will make a recommendation in the following areas for you;

Prescription:
This will detail which Homeopathic remedies you require and how and when to take your remedy. Homeopathy takes a person centred approach, therefore this will differ by a persons individual needs.
Any adjustive advise and Nutritional Supplements:
on occasion I may offer additional advice as part of your prescription in the form of adjunctive advice. If I feel there are some additional benefits via some changes to lifestyle. Or to recommend some dietary changes, foods, herbal tinctures or nutritional supplements to help your health issues. This absolutely remains at your discretion whether you choose to follow this advice in addition.

Fees and consultation
An Initial Consultation is £105, and you may expect the appointment duration to be approximately 1 hour and follow up appointment is £70, and will last for approximately 45 mins. For children up to the age of 16 the initial consultation with an appointment duration of 1 hour. A follow up lasting approximately 30 up to 45 minutes.
Acute consultations will be offered for existing clients for short term illness and complaints. Appointment will be by phone and charged at 15-20 mins £40.

Occasionally I may offer a program for health or additional services. In these cases please see the service description against teh individual services offered for details and costs.

These fees include all homeopathic remedies and postage within the UK. If you are outside the UK, I will give details of a homeopathic pharmacy for you to pick up your remedies, or I will discuss postage with you to send the remedy direct to you.

Payment is accepted by Paypal or Apple pay. Any fees are non-refundable and payment is required at the time of booking.

Cash will only be accepted at the time for face-to-face appointments. Please contact me for further information.
There is no fee payable for a 15 minute discovery call ahead of your choosing to commit to a full consultation.
No bank details will be stored in line with current GDPR regulations.

Complaints or concerns
If you have any ongoing questions or require support, please do not hesitate to contact me. E-mail and text are preferable. I will respond to you within 48 hours. If I am away there will be a messaging service advising you when you contact me.
Please put your complaint in writing to me and I will respond within 7 working days.
